Terms and conditions  
 

The terms and conditions listed below will form the basis of any contract entered into between From This Day Forwards and any other party, to be known hereafter as ‘the client’.
1.0 Deposit
1.1 Booking is confirmed by a 50% deposit and signed contract. Deposits are refundable at the discretion of the company.
2.0 Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by the client will be charged at the following:
- 10 days before the event 75% of total costs will be charged.
- 1 month before the event 65% of the total costs will be charged.
- 3 months before the event 55% of the total costs will be charged.
- 6 months before the event 45% of the total costs will be charged.
- + 6 months - the company will seek compensation in the form of costs incurred being covered by the client.
 
2.2 In the unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by From This Day Forwards the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
3.0 Payments
3.1 Payment for services must be received no later than 21 days after the event.
3.2 From This Day Forwards reserves the right to withhold services pending payment.
3.3 Additional costs which may be incurred for mileage and expenses will be agreed prior to final invoice being presented to the client.
4.0 Suppliers
4.1 Supplier contracts must be made between the client and supplier. From This Day Forwards recommends that the client takes out insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. 
4.2 From This Day Forwards will make recommendations to the client, final decisions must be agreed by the client themselves.
